  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

  • Responsibility: You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Transmit "spam," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass messaging via the AI chatbot.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

5. AI and Automation Disclaimer

  • Accuracy: Our AI chatbots generate responses based on machine learning algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be correct, complete, or appropriate.

  • Human Oversight: Users are encouraged to monitor AI interactions to ensure they meet their specific business standards.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Subscriptions: Certain services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring cycle.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All software, designs, logos, and materials provided by the Company are the exclusive property of the Company.

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the CRM. By using our service, you grant us a license to host and process this data to provide the service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA (or the jurisdiction where your LLC is registered), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
